Brian is a global leader in strategy development and strategic program management.  He has held many global leadership and transformational positions in Financial Services, including Global Head of Innovation (Digital, Product and Model), Global Head of Strategy and Business Development and Head of Marketing, Head of Marketing (US and China), Strategy and Innovation in China and US.

He is passionate about customers and growth.  He has accumulated diverse customerinsights through his direct working experience in 17 international markets (APAC, NA and EU), working with many global leaders and going deep with customers.  Through this experience, he has developed a set of unique and practical skillset, including setting strategic growth direction, realizing value through business management and large program execution.  

He has planned, developed and executed many strategy relationship and transactions.  These transactions included strategic account acquisition, joint venture management, digital innovation, new business expansion, M&A and internal business transformation.

He is a frequent community contributor, particularly in innovation.  He has given various public talks and led many senior workshops for leading enterprises, entrepreneurial / FinTech startups and universities.
