Edible Ideas will be held on Saturday, November 12th at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. We will spend a thought provoking day with leading experts, culinary maestros, scientists, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs sharing their ideas and experiences on living to eat, celebrating our multi-sensory relationship with consumption and some of the latest learnings on the how our diets impact nearly every aspect of our lives in the most profound way. TEDxHongKongSalon Edible Ideas will start with a Edible Idea Garden Session where attendees will also have an opportunity to engage and interact with innovators and speakers in a hands on exploration of an industry and essential life cornerstone that is in the midst of reinvention.
